Join The The 9th Asia Youth Summit

Partial Funded

If you want to participate in the The 9th Asia Youth Summit and automatically become a delegate without going through the selection process, you can register by following these steps:

Complete the payment of the registration fee for Rp. 165000 or about USD $10 and screenshot the payment receipt.
Fill out the registration form.
Choose one of the package programs.
Within a maximum of 3 working days, you will receive confirmation of your registration.

Note: The quota for Partial Funded is limited! So, secure your seat now!

Fully Funded

If you want to get the chance to participate in the The 9th Asia Youth Summit without paying the program fees, you can apply through one of the following options:

Regular

If you choose the regular option, you don't need to make a payment for the registration fee. However, you must complete the following assignments:

Fast Track

If you choose the Fast Track option, you do not need to complete any assignments. You just need to pay a registration fee of Rp. 126000 or about USD $7.

NOTE:

The Fully Funded Program operates on a refund system. Fully funded registrants are still required to choose one of the package options and pay for Stage 1 and Stage 2.

If the participants are determined to have passed the fully funded program at the end of the selection process, the program fee that was paid will be refunded in the amount of the silver package with facilities according to the chosen package.

What are the required documents if I want to apply for Japan Youth Summit?

You are required to make a short essay (max. 500 words) based on your chosen sub-theme. You can also submit your CV (optional).

What are the eligibility requirements?

The terms and conditions are as this follows: - Youth or Young citizens aged 16 - 35 years old - Open for any nationalities - Have good communication and social relations - Open to all academic backgrounds - Has never been convicted of a crime - Willing to comply with all policies and conditions set by the Japan Youth Summit - Not affiliated with any anarchist organizations - Youth are determined to be agent of change and positively influence the world

What is the difference between Fully Funded Program and Partial Funded Program?

If you apply for Partial Funded Program, you will automatically become delegates without having to go through selection process.

However, if you apply for Fully Funded Program, you have to go through the selection process which consists of:
